monday moment of zen

“in the midst of movement and chaos, keep stillness inside of you.”
~ deepak chopra

most of you are putting your nose back to the grind after a your holiday vacations. remember when things get hectic (and you know they will) just to take a minute to sit quietly and do nothing but breath. that stack of papers and those deadlines will still be there. have a mindful monday. namaste

Can you remind me of this at the end of April, when I'm going insane with assignments due? ;)

While I've been MIA from the blog world, you have still been on my mind! Thanks so much for the continued comments on my blog and the lovely sentiments you share on yours.

May you find stillness within excitement during the new year as well!!

Melita,
I appreciate your presence at my blog and for accepting the 28-Day Meditation Challenge. I hope things are going well for you. Your site is lovely, love the Zen feel. I love tea too! May we all breathe a bit easier today, no matter where we find ourselves.
Blessings!
