monday moment of zen

"the questions asked at the end of life are very simple ones:
'did i love well?'
'did i love the people around me, my community, the earth, in a deep way?'
and perhaps, 'did i live fully?'
'did i offer myself to life?'"
~ jack kornfeld

what simple thing can you do today to live fully? namaste

This is exactly what I needed to read this morning. I was dragging myself around thinking, "Oh jeez, another Monday..." but this reminded me that every day is an opportunity to live fully! Thank you!

<3 Pretty.

This is so fitting as I've just stared exploring Soul Contracts.

Thanks for all the love you send my way and every which way. Namaste!

This really did create a moment of zen for me. I spend so much of my time planning out what I'm going to do next, trying to accomplish as much as I can in short periods of time, but never really give myself a chance to sit and contemplate whether the things I do are fulfilling for my soul, or just filling time... Thank you for convincing me to stop a minute and reflect! :)
