biking our way into summer
yesterday we decided to get off our butts and have a little fun. we went for a bike ride. i would love to have a cutey beach cruiser but the hills of morgantown kick my butt in the lowest gear on my schwinn. and yes, it is a boys bike but i for some reason like them better than girls bikes. ryan bought me my little basket so that i could throw all of my crap in it. and yes, like most girls, i have a lot of crap. :)

Love the comment about girls having a lot of crap - it is sooooo true. Why is that so? I leave the house with a bag full of "things" and my hubbie leaves with his car keys and a credit card! (I also have a boys bike and love it)....

thanks, i didn't think a cute wicker one would work for my shwinn, but i have a really old english bike that is in need of major repair and once that is done, the wicker basket will be perfect for it.
Love the basket in front, think I will need to add one to my bike. Sounds like a lovely way to spend the day!
Exercing, greening it up...love it! On a side note, a couple years ago I learned the actual differences between male and female bikes. I was amazed.

sigh- I am jealous! I wish Andrew and I had bikes, Halifax actually only has a few hills so completely doable! Also, baskets are great, and I would have one too :)
