there are only two rules: teaching a yoga class does not count & i must do at least 15 minutes of yoga every day during this challenge. i plan on blogging about my 40 day yoga journey as a way of keeping myself accountable. whether you are a yoga teacher or not, i encourage you to join in the journey of 40 days of yoga with me. namaste
day 1:
- i did 5 minutes of a restorative version of supta baddha konasana today between clients

That is wonderful! Saraswati where I work/practice is offering something similar which we call "The Happiness Revolution" its practicing yoga everyday whether at the Studio or home! I look forward to reading about your experience! PS I LOVE the restorative pose your in. It is so refreshing at night after a long day at work! xoxo
I think supta baddha konasana might translate to donkeykingasana. Have a great 40 days!
Great challenge! Your challenges are always so inspiring!
your challenges are always inspiring, indeed! i can promise to do 40 days of stretching - after looong years i can reach my feet again =)
What an awesome challenge idea! I am a few days behind but I am going to follow the rest of your 40 days and do some poses along with you when I can't make it to class!
This is a cool challenge, and its fun being able to see the progress through your blog!
It is very inspiring. I try to practice 3-4 times and do some "mini" practices here and there... once and a while I notice a few days go by and I seriously miss my mat!
I am thinking I will follow suit after the holidays. I think it would be a great way to kick off the new year.. with 40 days of yoga!
:D THANKS!
