today my hour of yoga was spent with my friend lela at blissblissbliss. she lead a yoga & meditation class. while it was mostly meditation there was some wonderful movement at the beginning followed by a few of her favorite guided meditations. fantastic class!!

Oh yoga. What a wonderful thing it is. I usually start (when I doing on my own) by just putting my hand on my chest and feeling my heart beating and bringing myself to the present. It's the best form of meditation for me. Congrats on your commitment to yoga. It's fabulous!
