40 days of yoga - day 8


today i felt inspired to do more than just 15 minutes of yoga. i was compelled to pull out kimberly wilson's cd: vinyasa yoga for the newbie yogi. it's always nice to mix up my practice and return to some basic poses that might get overlooked once in a while. i feel completely refreshed and relaxed.

I found this CD yesterday when I was cleaning up my apartment. This post is going to inspire me to give it another go!

Mmmm...what a blissful way to practice. I love returning to the basics sometimes - so so refreshing!
